We has 4 production bases, more than 200 employees, and 3 professional R&D teams. Our products include room thermostat, hub controller, thermostatic radiator valve actuator, electric thermal actuator, motorized valve and etc.

About Service
Pre-sale, under sales to after sales service
1. Pre-sales Service:
a. Provide matching solutions according to customers' requirements.
b. Provide customers with product information and technical support as more details as possible.
c. Provide OEM service support such as packaging design and manual design for customers' orders.
d. Provide the estimated packaging information of the order so that the customer can contact the shipping company in advance conveniently.
2. Under sale Service:
a. Continue to track the production process of the order and provide customers with the latest information until received.
b. Do a good job of product quality and packaging inspection before shipment.
c. After production is completed, track delivery related matters, such as contacting freight forwarders, arranging transportation, etc.
d. After the goods are sent out, track the logistics information and provide to customers in time, and provide customs clearance documents according to customers needs.
3. After-sales Service:
When a problem occurs:
a. Please provide pictures or videos of the defective products for our engineers to summarize and analyze. Technicians will check and instruct customers effective solution in time.
b. Regarding simple problem, our after-sales team will guide customer to operate to solve the problem.
c. Regarding product quality problem, our after-sales team will arrange replenishment shipment together with products in the next order.
Warranty Service
1. For all products, we offer 24 months warranty.
2. During warranty period time, if there are any product with quality problem, firstly, please provide us some photos or video to clearly show problems. This can help us to find product reason and provide a suitable solution.
3. During warranty period time, we provide free products Replacement and Replenishment services.
Shipping Service
1. We have 3 warehouses, supporting products delivery, separately located in China, Russia, and Spain.
