BEOK Guizhou Manufacturing Base

The Guizhou base serves as BEOK's core production facility for B2C business, primarily fulfilling orders from e-commerce platforms such as Aliexpress, Amazon, Ozon Wildberry and other direct-to-consumer channels worldwide. This facility is built around the pillars of "high production capacity, fast delivery, and rapid new product launches."

 

With highly automated production lines, the Guizhou base can quickly respond to shifting market demands, enabling fast time-to-market for new products and flexible replenishment - ensuring stable supply even during peak sales seasons.

From raw material inspection to finished product testing, every BEOK thermostat goes through a meticulously designed 5 stage manufacturing process. Our workflow covers IQC (Incoming Quality Control), SMT placement, DIP soldering, precision assembly, comprehensive functional testing, 24-hour aging verification, and final packaging. With quality checkpoints at every stage - including AOI inspection, 100% functional testing, and strict parameter calibration - we ensure that every unit leaving our factory meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
