1. Core Manufacturing Equipments
1.1 SMT Fully Automatic Assembly Lines
BEOK's SMT workshop is equipped with fully automatic high-speed pick-and-place machines capable of precisely mounting chips, resistors, capacitors, sensors, and other miniature components onto PCBs. With placement accuracy of ±0.05mm, our SMT lines - paired with reflow ovens and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems - ensure every circuit board meets the highest quality standards for solder joint integrity and component positioning.
1.2 Wave Soldering & DIP Assembly Line
For through-hole components such as power connectors, interfaces, and fuses, we employ wave soldering technology. The soldering temperature is precisely controlled at 260±5°C with a duration of 3-5 seconds, ensuring robust solder joints and reliable electrical connections.
1.3 Aging Room & Environmental Test Chambers
Every finished thermostat undergoes a 24-hour aging test at 40°C in our dedicated aging room, simulating long-term operating conditions to identify any early failures. Our environmental test chambers support low-temperature testing down to -10°C, validating product stability under extreme conditions.
